I have an expert degree on advanced methods of applied statistics using R and I have further developed my proficiency in R by training. I am used to collaborate with international research groups to assist in the use of R for data analyses and graphical outputs.

I mostly use R, a free software for statistical computing and graphics, and I have also experience in SPSS and MATLAB, among others.

Statistical analyses: I have experience manipulating large datasets and performing statistical analyses using advanced tools, e.g. linear and mixed models (LMM, GLMM), non-linear models (GAMM), multivariate analyses (PCA, RDA), species distribution models (SDMs), spatial analysis, geostatistics, HP, multi-state modelling, spatial autocorrelation, etc.*
