I am an expert on analysing ecological data with extensive experience in spatiotemporal modelling and Geographical Information System (GIS) analyses. I have more than 10 years of experience in statistical analyses and GIS practice with ecological data.

 

My skills include: ability to work with large datasets, perform spatial analysis using GIS (e.g. ArcGIS, Erdas, Idrisi) and spatial statistical analyses using advanced tools (e.g. GLMM, GAMM, multivariate modelling, species distribution modelling, spatial analysis, geostatistics, spatial autocorrelation, HP, multi-state modelling).

I am proficient in R and I have also worked with other statistical software programs (SPSS, S-PLUS, MATLAB).
